1. In consideration of my accepting/signing/executing this registration, I the undersigned, hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Fun With Horses Riding Program, El Rodeo stables, Hidden Haven Farms and any other officers, contractors, volunteers, counselors in training, riding instructors, agents, or employees of any kind from any liability or claim or action from damages resulting from or in any way arising out of participation by me or the minor childr(ren) in this program and under my care, supervision and cutody/control by the person registered or family members, relatives or friends.

2. I fully understand that I or the rider needs to wear an approved safety helmet and riding shoes when around horses/ponies. Horses/ponies may without warning or apparent cause: buck, stumble, fall, rear, bite, kick, run, crow-hop, bolt, make unpredictable movements, become spooked, jump obstacles, step on a persons foot, push, shove, shake, and that saddles or bridles may loosen or break, all of which may cause the rider to fall or be jolted, resulting inserious bodily injury and death. Horseback riding is a dangerous activity and involves 'Risks' that may cause 'serious bodily injury' and in some cases cause 'death.'

Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be made in advance whenever possible. Please make sure you give us ample time when canceling a lesson. Any cancellation with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged to customer for the scheduled time since it does not provide us with ample time to fill your time spot with last minute notice and we are required to stand by for your time spot. thank you for your prompt attention!  initials__________

Attendance policy: Please make sure that you  arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start the lesson on time and end on time. Please note that your riding lesson will end at the scheduled time which may result in loss or riding time when you arrive late. initials_________
